The DuroMax XPC10100C is the long-reach distribution cord for customers who need multiple 120V connections a full 100 feet from the power source. Its 10 AWG copper conductors, outdoor-rated SJTW jacket, and grounded triple-tap end make it well suited to generator setups, contractors, storm cleanup, workshops, and large properties.
This cord is heavy because it is built like a real work cord. The three outlets are convenient, but remember they share one 15-amp total rating. Plan the combined load instead of treating each outlet like a separate circuit.
Professional-Grade Features
- 100-foot reach: Carries power to remote work areas, appliances, lighting, and equipment.
- Three grounded outlets: Distributes one 120V source at the far end of the cord.
- 10 AWG, 100% copper conductors: Helps reduce voltage loss across the long run.
- SJTW outdoor jacket: Resists moisture and abrasion across a -40°F to 140°F temperature range.
- Lighted ends: Makes it easy to confirm that the cord is energized.
- Bright yellow jacket: Improves visibility in yards and busy work areas.
- UL certified: Grounded plugs and reinforced blades support safer, more durable use.
Best Uses
- Generator-powered work lights, chargers, and compatible tools
- Storm cleanup and temporary outdoor power distribution
- Large workshops, farms, construction sites, and mobile businesses
- Events, campsites, and maintenance work where the source is far away

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the three outlets each rated for 15 amps?
No. The three outlets share a maximum combined cord rating of 15A. Add the loads of everything connected before use.
How many watts can it carry?
At 120V and 15A, the theoretical maximum is 1,800 watts. Follow equipment instructions and applicable continuous-load limits rather than using the mathematical maximum as a target.
Does 10-gauge wire eliminate voltage drop?
No cord eliminates voltage drop, but 10 AWG copper reduces it substantially compared with thinner common extension cords over the same 100-foot distance.
Can I run power tools from all three outlets?
Yes when their combined running and startup draw stays within the cord and source-circuit ratings. Large saws, compressors, pumps, or heaters can consume most of the available capacity by themselves.
Is this a 30A generator cord?
No. This is a 120V, 15A extension cord with a standard triple-tap end. It is not an L14-30, TT-30, or 14-50 transfer cord.
