Will this power my entire house?

It is designed for selected essential loads, not unlimited whole-house operation. The included switch serves up to six 120V circuits. Your electrician should calculate the connected loads.

Can it run central air or a 240V well pump?

A single HomePower 3600 Plus is a 120V system. Most central air conditioners and many well pumps require 240V, so they are not suitable loads for this package.

How long will it run?

Runtime depends on total wattage. Divide usable watt-hours by the average load, then allow for inverter loss and cycling appliances. Send us the appliance model numbers if you want help sizing it.

Can it be used indoors?

Yes. It produces no combustion exhaust. Use it in a dry, ventilated area within the temperature limits in the manual.

Does the transfer switch need an electrician?

Will two 200W panels always produce 400W?
