Panel Construction

RICH SOLAR’s MEGA 250 PRO uses TOPCon N-type cells, a black ONYX frame, 3.2 mm anti-reflective tempered glass, an IP68-rated junction box, and weather-resistant MC4-compatible connections. Each panel has pre-drilled mounting holes for roof, rack, or ground-mount installations.

Important Installation Note

Four MEGA 250 PRO panels wired in series produce approximately 147.6V at maximum power and 178.8V open circuit under standard test conditions. This array is intended for the DELTA Pro Ultra’s high-voltage solar input—not its low-voltage input. Cold weather can increase panel voltage. Follow the current EcoFlow and RICH SOLAR manuals, local electrical codes, and fuse/cable polarity requirements. Permanent or whole-home connections should be completed by a qualified installer.
