The TITAN 5000 Plus is the high-output model in EcoFlow’s TITAN lineup. It is built for homes that need true 120V/240V split-phase backup, stronger performance on demanding 120V circuits and enough solar input to make a serious dent in everyday grid use.

One system starts with 5,017.6Wh of LFP battery capacity and 7,200W of battery-powered output. When compatible solar is actively producing, combined PV and AC output can reach up to 10,000W. It is not just a bigger number on the box—the Plus model gives you two independent 4,000W MPPT solar inputs and an L14-50R outlet for heavier backup applications.

Does the TITAN 5000 Plus provide 10,000W from the battery alone?

No. Rated battery-powered AC output is 7,200W. The system can reach up to 10,000W when supported solar input and battery power are available together.

Can the TITAN 5000 Plus run 240V appliances?

Yes. It produces 120V/240V split-phase power and includes a NEMA L14-50R outlet. Every appliance still needs to stay within the system’s running and startup limits.

Can it run central air conditioning?

EcoFlow designed the Plus model to support a compatible 3-ton central air conditioner without a separate soft starter when the HVAC startup demand stays within system limits. Check the compressor’s nameplate and locked-rotor demand before ordering.

How much solar can I connect?

The Plus accepts up to 8,000W through two independent MPPT inputs. Each input supports 40–450V, 16A and up to 4,000W. Array voltage and current must remain within EcoFlow’s limits in every expected weather condition.

How far can the battery system expand?

The base unit includes 5,017.6Wh. Add up to five TITAN 5kWh Extra Batteries for a maximum system capacity of 30kWh. Additional batteries increase runtime, not rated inverter output.

Do I need the Smart Home Panel 10?

No for direct use through the built-in outlets. The 240V Smart Home Panel 10 is used for automatic transfer, selected-circuit backup, app-based circuit control and supported grid-connected energy management.

Can it work with existing rooftop solar?

With the compatible 240V Smart Home Panel 10 and a properly designed installation, TITAN 5000 Plus can AC-couple with compatible existing rooftop solar. A qualified installer should confirm equipment and code requirements.

Is this an outdoor-rated unit?

No. The TITAN 5000 Plus is rated IP20 and should be installed or operated in a dry, ventilated indoor location that meets EcoFlow’s temperature and clearance requirements.

Is professional installation required?

You can use the built-in outlets without connecting the unit to your home. Any Smart Home Panel or household electrical integration should be completed by a qualified, licensed electrician under applicable codes.
